OR Manager, Inc, and McKesson Corporation have partnered to provide OR directors and health care executives with a web-enabled dashboard that will provide monthly trended outcomes on your key performance indicators.

Your key performance indicators will be benchmarked against other facilities nationwide. As data is collected, national standards for OR performance will be established.

You will have on-line access to data on key performance indicators to help you monitor, assess, and improve performance in your OR.

Your participation
As a participant, each month you will send information from your OR’s information system to a secure web site. In a short time, you will have access to web-enabled reports showing how your performance compares to the previous months’ performance and how it compares with peer facilities nationwide.

How you benefit
Improving your OR’s efficiency can benefit your hospital’s bottom line. From reports on your key performance indicators, you will be able to identify areas that may need attention to improve your OR’s performance. And you’ll be able to track the results of those your improvements.

Better efficiency also benefits your surgeons by reducing wasted time for them and increasing their productivity.
